We were only here one night, so it was sufficient. There was no hot water at all when we showered. There is also no pool here, so not much to do other than walk around. We got there at 11:00 & were told they could check with housekeeping, but it was 50% of the room rate to check in early, so we didn’t! We did get in around 2:00 though! The front desk staff was super helpful & friendly.

The The beach on property is nice. Great views from restaurant. Strong AC, free wifi are plusses. No phone in room, no TV, nobody at reception after a certain time at night. Door to patio was broken. Rooms are dated.

The resort was above and beyond our expectations. The breakfast buffet was outstanding - especially the fresh pastries and the omelette bar manned by Heinz. The snorkeling right off shore was fabulous. If we ever are able to return to Moorea, we will definitely stay at the Sofitel Kia Ora again!
