The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff made every moment feel special through their kindness and attention to detail. The team’s energy and hospitality made the entire stay feel welcoming from the moment I arrived and I walked up to the counter for check-in and Watekini said “Bula” with a welcoming smile. Watekini made our check-in smooth and pleasant. The environment was clean, safe, and beautifully maintained, adding to the sense of comfort and relaxation. Crowne Plaza Nadi delivered a memorable and heartwarming experience. The staff’s attentiveness and thoughtfulness stood out in every interaction, and their genuine care made the stay feel special.
