"Resort is in dire need of renovation, with multiple issues/appliances falling apart etc. The kids don't care though, still loved it. Staff lovely and helpful, but overwhelmed and desperately understaffed by the looks. If price is ok and you have young children, its still a good stay, but would strongly recommend staying away if childless/older children in favour of other options until they sort themselves out."

The resort itself is stunning — beautifully maintained gardens, gorgeous lagoon-style pools, and plenty of space so it never felt crowded even during a busy holiday weekend.
