"The service from the reception staff was outstanding. We booked outside transport that was less than spectacular when we arrived and we were soaking wet, but the hotel welcome staff immediately brought us towels and a foot bath to make us comfortable, and assist us for in easy check in. The front desk staff was so very gracious and helpful with adjustments we had to make for returning by ferry when leaving. We did not dine in the restaurants so I cannot comment on that service, but we enjoyed the room service. The room itself was very clean and bed was super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again, the island is lovely."

The Indian restaurant was excellent and the Golden Crowie is always a great adults only option. You go to Fiji to relax and you need to wind down to truly enjoy the Fiji experience. "
