Friendly staff the property is newly renovated so the amenities and rooms are clean. Its spacious and like the room designs. The price for foods is quite pricey compared to Denerau resorts so that's a downfall, other then that it was a comfortable stay.

The room was great. We had the one bedroom suite, ocean front. The front desk staff were so friendly and went over and above to be helpful. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast (which we prepaid) was really good. They made omelets as well as having a very wide selection of other items - well worth the cost. Every staff member that we had conversation with were so very nice, friendly and helpful.

Absolutely stunning, rooms are really nice and spacious, beds are comfy, there’s also like 5 swimming pools and too many restaurants to count, wailoaloa beach is also a hotspot for extra bars and things to do. highly recommend. buffet breakfast was around $40 NZD and very good value for money !

The resort itself was stunning. Beautiful pools, a variety of restaurants to choose from or order food and drinks by the pool. You can do as much or as little as you want. Activities galore for families, kids and people travelling without kids. Tour desk was especially helpful and we booked a jet boat day trip, Malamala Beach Club day trip offering snorkelling or just lazing by the beach or your private pool area. A sunset cruise, jet skiing and a massage and facials at the in-house spa. Get in early to book your activities so you can space them out. Food was great, include the breakfast buffet in your package and you won’t be disappointed. We tended to just eat breakfast and dinner. Highly recommended!!

The staff at the Crowne Plaza are the crown in the jewel of this resort! Friendly, clearly love their job and go above and beyond. Special mention goes to Marlina and Jesé. Rooms were clean, service impeccable, the water was great and the food amazing. Timo our concierge was also great with coordinating taxis for our many expeditions. Only thing I would suggest improving is to make sure non smokers are not impacted by smokers. Designated smoking zones affected the comfort of guests especially near the pools.

The one bedroom suite facing the sea was amazing, wonderful sunset views and all pools accessible. The resort has so many activities for families and kids, keeping the young engaged. Relax at the pool, grab a bit or sip on a drink. Being close to Nadi Bay means shops and other restaurants are accessible by walk. Really enjoyed the stay here.
