"Clean room but needed some TLC decor wise, and shower clip broken. Bed very firm (fine for me, partner didn't like it). Some noise from train line below (but close to tube). Good breakfast selection and quality. Good location for RAH, Museums etc. close to lots of shops and restaurants."

"It's nice location with good facilities and unique approach. However I noticed drop in the services in comparison with my visit last year. For example, they reduced the sport classes, they didn't have emergency toothpaste asking me to go and buy and quality of cleaning and up keeping is not the same, so would love for them to work on these small details"

"The hotel was an overall very nice stay for two nights. It was constantly busy though which made it feel extra cramped and not as relaxing of a stay as it could have been. The room I booked was not available, though they upgraded my room the following night. The location was easy to get to from the airport and the underground and train were right nearby. I would definitely consider staying again for a short trip coming in from Heathrow."

"Let me just say that the reason this place even got one star, is solely based on a few wonderful people that worked at this hotel. If it wasn’t for them I would have demanded my money back and moved to a different hotel. When booking a room in the beginning of the summer, and when the temperature is above 30c, AC was a must. In the lobby it was a perfect temperature, but when we took the elevator up and the door opened it was so warm, and when we opened the door to our room it was even worse. I’m traveling a lot, and I cannot understand how this hotel got the reviews it did, it is beyond me. We met some very lovely people, the concierge service was marvellous and the lovely lady in the breakfast section that remembered your daily order was 10/10, they make the hotel seem far better than it is. However, we called prior to our stay, and talk to a rude lady at the reception. We met the same lady when we checked in, service was the same.. I can not understand how the different in service levels at the same hotel can vary from 0 to 10? The people at the concierge and the people working in the breakfast section should share their secret, cause it’s amazing. The room was clean, but so out of date. Problems with the showers, not able to turn the heat of in the bathroom and the “AC”? There was nothing but high sound and no cold air. On top of that the windows couldn’t be opened, and I was so hot and humid and it was cooler outside. So unpleasant. I will never, ever go back."
