The room given was lovely, clean and spacious. Slept very well - bed very comfy. Breakfast was really nice, with plenty of options to choose from. Would highly recommend staying here."

"Very nice welcome from the lady in reception (warm cookies a brilliant touch). The hotel is brilliant, the bar, restaurant, rooms and the little fitness centre. Only missing a pool/spa. The only negative element was the parking; £15 for 15 hours, not many spaces and very cramped. Would be better used as a pool and spa and use the car park on the corner ;) Very satisfied with the stay!"

"Nice place outside Lincoln - easy to find, good parking, nice surroundings. Place is clean and tidy, room decent size with good facilities. Only issue was shower over bath which was fine but would have preferred walk-in. Good eating options at the attached Pub."

"I’ve stayed here before and will definitely stay again but only because it is convenient. The room was far too hot, and I remember it being hot when I stayed before. It does make for an uncomfortable nights sleep. There were some idiots banging doors and shouting down the corridor at 3am, not the hotels fault but it did frustrate an already uncomfortable night. The staff were not particularly welcoming. I get like a disturbed their conversation when I checked in rather than feeling welcomed....

"All great. No staff bit had all the facilities I needed and the codes to open the doors and information regarding my room was all proceeded in an email. Together with a telephone number just in case. Really quiet and as a female travelling alone I felt fine. "

"Larger than expected room in exact location we needed. Parking permit was issued to us so we could park nearby. We will stay here again."
