"Despite unfortunate location surrounded by multiple lanes of busy traffic, there is pedestrian access to historic Lincoln, the Castle and Cathedral. Helpful staff, excellent rooms, and very good breakfast in a spacious, sunny breakfast room."

"Black mould on the bathroom tiles, coffee machine not working. Lady at breakfast was most efficient and friendly. Spa bath was lukewarm and not working!"

"Plenty of parking. All facilities were available (pool, spa golf etc) at an extra cost but I didn't use. Room looked out on to a brick wall and outdoor plumbing, but I assume this is because I didn't book directly with the hotel. Grounds were immaculate but not visible from our room. Didn't have breakfast so cannot comment but it smelled good!"

"Beldon House was absolutely perfect for our large family gathering for an 80th birthday party. There is so much space and every bedroom being an en-suite is a huge bonus. Lovely, comfy beds in all rooms. Well equipped kitchen and ample parking. We’ll definitely be back! "
