"Good location and good facilties.. friendly staff and good breakfast."

"Only stayed one night so didn’t spend much time in the hotel but the bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. I would probably advise going early for breakfast if you are having it as things become a bit limited if you go later but what was available was very nice."

"Very friendly staff and a comfy bed"

"The room was great but overall I loved how close to the airport this hotel is."

"Clean rooms, decent gym, and 5 min walk from the train station. Highly recommend."

"Club Lounge was excellent. Useful luggage storage. Great location, just around the corner from the train station."

"We really enjoyed our stay, the rooms were refurbished and very clean. Staff were lovely and helpful and location was spot on, The Life Centre and the train station are minutes away!"

"Friendly staff, sparklers rooms and all parts of hotel"

"Everything we needed …. Breakfast was great!"

"Nice place to stay and ideally located"

"The Riverview balcony room was nice."

"The hotel is nice it’s in a good position for the town or quayside close to the train station however are room was underwhelming, we could hear the train it looked out to another building so you felt very enclosed amenities were limited the room was hot and smaller than others evacuated in the town it was ok but we think there are much better hotels in Newcastle if you are looking for a stay"
