"The building itself is nice enough, but we had quite a few issues starting with check in. Arrived at 1530 and had to queue for 15 mins for check in, only to be advised that our room wasn’t ready. Came back 2 hours later and it still wasn’t ready, and had to wait at reception whilst they assigned ..."
