"Hotel was lovley and well presented. It was clean and very welcoming. The front of house staff were so polite and professional and really helpful. However, when using the spa facilities we found 2 female members of the spa staff unhelpful and 1 was extremely snooty and rude. We were told when we booked in that when we go down to use the spa facilities to take our room key and card as evidence we were guests staying and to obtain our robes and slippers. It is in a very ideal location, just on the edge of the nightlife, so it isn't as loud as other places may be. The room had comfortable beds, with clean sheets, as well as a working shower (with a door lock), iron & board, TV, and AC."
