"This property is the worst place I have ever stayed in, I stay in a lot off air brb as I work away from home a lot. Nothing comes close to this place, absolute dump, mold all over the upstairs, rubbish still on the floor looks like the cleaner gave up years ago. We arrived at the property after waiting 3 hours to be told someone was in there who shouldn’t have been. Key code was wrong took an hour to get that. "We had a brilliant time here. We went into Cardiff easily on the bus and also accessed the beautiful coastline. The house is immaculate with all that you could want. It is comfortable and within a short walk to the shops, cafes and restaurants and river. Cowbridge is a little gem. Thank you "

"We loved our stay - property was clean and in good condition, and walkable to everything we wanted to do. Would stay here again. Pro tip - there’s a coffee shop run out of a church about a block away. Hours are atypical, but great coffee and the nicest people on planet earth!!!"

"Check in process was very confusing due to providing the incorrect location of the lockbox.Listing states parking is available, yet that is not the case you have to go to a lot and pay for parking.Wifi didn’t work at all for us.Bed was VERY uncomfortable in the master, springs popping out.Bathroom had no mirror, the only mirror was inconveniently located behind the door in an armoire shower was lukewarm at best.In need of some updating."

"Booked this stay with the promise of parking but when we arrived there was no where to stop or park in the street or neigbouring streets. I contacted the owner and was told to park in council parking 17 mins away. A very hostile neigbourhood so had to go and find another last minute stay in next town. No help from Stayz either."

"I don't recommend staying here. I rented it because it was reasonably priced (comparatively) and available the week of the Taylor Swift concert, it had a lot of beds, and the photos looked ok. But there are a number of drawbacks that aren't explained: - It's not a good neighborhood. We felt uncomfortable walking until we got a few blocks away. And there was trash everywhere on the local streets. - The beds are uncomfortable, and one of the king beds had a loud plastic mattress cover for some...
