The staff is nice and the hotel clean, beds comfortable and the breakfast was quite adequate. "This property is pretty good for the value. I really like the easy check-in and -out. It's a 15 minute metro bus ride from the Hamburg Central Station. "This is very close to the train station. It is clean and the rooms are nice. Staff are helpful. I recommend staying here!"

"It is a charming hotel not far from the airport. It is a little bit outdated, with mold in the bathroom, and a damp smell by the reception area and hallway. Our room was supposed to have one double bed, we were given a room with two single beds. Basic breakfast, very welcoming and helpful staff. Overall for one night was ok."
