"We loved this hotel! It was beautiful: old world meets modern amenities. In the heart of it all 8 min walk to St. Mark’s Square), but incredibly quiet with a super comfy bed. 2 min walk to Vaporetto stop and boat to airport. Great concierge. We had a deluxe corner room with 3 windows opening onto the square. Lovely! Venice is a truly magical place. "

"It’s water view but we were basically looking at the train station. The room is small, just big enough for a bed, a couch, other furnitures like tables and chairs take more space, the bathroom is surprisingly big which we didn’t need. But it’s close to the bus station, the staff are very friendly. Overall it was a good stay. "

"Clean, friendly staff, convenient location near train station, good breakfast, but a bit limited amenities, for example we got a welcome bottle of champagne that we could not consume as it was room temperature, and there's no refrigerator in the room, nor ice machine. Breakfast room is a bit small, but works and selection was great. "

Nice comfortable hotel with friendly, helpful staff who were very helpful to this non-Italian speaking American. Whether it was to the Rialto or to St. Mark's square, or to my room in the "annex" part of your hotel, the staff was very helpful in giving me directional advice. "24hr front desk. English speaking and every one was very nice! Bedroom is small, but clean. Good clean bathroom and AC worked just fine. Away from crowds but super close to St Marks, water taxi, shops and restaurants. Good signage made it easy to find. Would definitely stay here again. "
