Very nice staff, and we were on the 4th top floor and there are no elevators. 54 stairs. Excellent buffet breakfast for 15 euros. Good Italian Venice experience."

The room was always spotless and clean and when we had a missing piece of luggage, they kept us up-to-date and provided us some toiletries. They provide a speedboat cruise around Venice that picks you right up from the hotel. The buffet breakfast was really elegant and you got high-quality drinks. this hotel was close to everything the Mark Basilica, the Mark Square doge Palace shopping restaurants it’s really a terrific spot for a terrific price. Another great part was that the room was always cool and ready after a hot day."
