If you are looking for a side street quiet for NYC kinda place that gives you what you need with a bit of charm. "I traveled alone into NYC and looked for a hotel where I would feel safe and comfortable and I found it! It also helps that the staff was super friendly accommodating. "

"This is a nice safe hotel that has excellent views of Empire State Bldg. it was easy to Uber from and convenient to access all the things. It’s a little dated there are no usb connections in the room. The fan on our unit wasn’t able to stay on so the room could get a little stuffy. And the bathroom door kept locking behind us and we had to use a coin to open. But most importantly we were safe. Better off using Uber than car service. Car service charged us more and the wait was longer. "

"The businesses around Hilton Gardenview Chelsea are floral wholesalers and the street in Spring smelled wonderful, which is a feat in NYC. The hotel was clean and well equipped. The front desk staff were helpful and held our luggage as well as arranged transportation to the airport for us which arrived on time."
