"The facility and location are amazing, every detail has been considered on the property and facility however the staff training was lacking for such a hotel. You cannot operate a 5* hotel with 3* staff training. Potential to be amazing, but proper staff training required. "

"We were motorcycle touring and arrived drenched and cold well before check in time. The manager couldn’t have been more helpful, checking us in early, finding a place to dry our kit, reserving a table for meals etc. The pub is small, simple and cosy with great home made food. The evening was fantastic as the locals were all in singing traditional songs as this was the night before the Padstow Hobby Horse day (May 1st). "I've stayed there twice now on each visit to Plymouth. The rooms have been refreshed, clean and the area is generally fairly quiet. The location means you can walk to the Hoe, Barbican readily, and the Drake Circus is 5 minutes away. If I return to Plymouth, I'd readily come back!! And the staff are great :) "

"Excellent Vietnamese food with western options also available for evening meals. Good breakfast in a bright dining room. Bed was comfortable, shower was a very good size and with both a rain head and a detachable wand. Only detractor was a water pump which could be heard any time water was used from a number of rooms but this did not stop a good nights sleep. "

"The Molesworth Arms is very conveniently located for central Wadebridge. The staff were excellent - very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Claire was exceptionally good, with outstanding customer service skills. She remembered all the little things that make a difference. We ate breakfast every day, and it was excellent service and food, which was very well cooked and tasty with a good choice. We also ate dinner on several occasions, and enjoyed the food and service just as much. "

"Driven past this hotel countless times & always thought that it looked like a lovely, well presented building. Thankfully thanks to Hotels.com I eventually stayed there last night & it didn’t disappoint. Everything was pretty much what I expected , couldn’t really fault it, except maybe for the £8.00 daily parking charge, I personally don’t think that residents should be charged this."

"Stayed in the hotel itself. In the bigger King suite. Very comfortable bed, great view, breakfast was tasty, spotlessly clean. Could do with improvement but didn’t take away from our stay: floorboards from above creaked a bit (to be expected in a Manor House), no evening meals in restaurant. Would definitely stay again."
