"Excellent service from the start. I had request a slightly earlier check in as i was traveling from Glasgow, my room had been cleaned to an exceptionally high standard for my arrival. This was greatly appreciated as I had travelled to attend a funeral service. The hotel is only a 2 min walk from Cleethorpes railway station, so very easy to find and get to. The hotel is immaculate and beds are comfortable. Great local hotel. 5* "

"Greeted by a lovely receptionist who gave lots of information about the stay. Nice modern room with aircon and a nice size shower. The bed was on the hard size for me. I can see why the room came with earplugs two packs would have been nice since I had to give them to my partner so I was left hearing others move about. Nice not to worry about parking. Will stay again."

"Amazing stay for my wife’s birthday, from an easy smooth check in and out. Amazing room facilities and mod cons, great location and great value for money and amazing food. The staff were fantastic, managed to accommodate for our large booking on a Saturday night! Would 100% recommend, We found our new favourite place to stay! Thank you to the a & e staff!"

"We used this as we were attending a wedding nearby. The hotel is easy to find and there is parking only down side you have to pay to park but it’s not the hotel who make the charge. The staff were very welcoming and the room was clean. There was a lovely walk in shower with toiletries provided. My only criticism was the bed was a little high to get into."

"I love this hotel it’s probably the 4th time now but please sort out the showers and the room is too hot, if you invested in air conditioning and some better showers I think you would easily be 4 star not 3 "

"No problems with cleanliness nor service. The only issue we had was the bed was not very comfortable as it felt as if it was partly collapsed."
