The rooms had not be thoroughly cleaned, even with this covid. We reported dirty kettle, TV remote,dusty lamps and grubby shower/bath. Used 3 rooms and all were dirty, and the beds were hard so slept on top of the duvet so couldn't I feel the lumps. However, the hotel was in nice grounds, nice breakfasts and staff went out if their way to help, very nice people. But sorry wouldn't stay again.
