When booking the room online it showed a kettle in the room but none provided, only one available was the one in the communal kitchen; found it odd when you had a fridge, microwave and toaster in the room we had; and no mugs, etc in the room. I needed this place to stay overnight for work purposes. For that - and the price - it was perfectly fine. Room was clean, had tea / coffee making facilities - and the place was close to Blaby town centre. Place is undergoing restoration though - so parts of it are untidy; it doesn't look like the photo on the website. No breakfast. Receptionist Glen though was very helpful. Good communication. I would recommend this place for work purposes - it's functional - but would not recommend it for holiday purposes.
