"The Royal Maritime Hotel is in some ways quite old fashioned, but it has great charm. I thought the service, from the check in staff, from the staff in the restaurant and from the concierge staff, was outstanding. Everyone is friendly, but polite, and always helpful. The hotel is very good value for money. My room was quite small, but contained a double bed which was comfortable, and had an excellent en suite.
