"I found the St Pancras property while looking to stay near my parents. I’ve lived to Chichester previously and the property is in what I would call a “Goldilocks zone” - walking distance without the hassle of being inside the city walls. The property itself has serious history - combining an 1800's 2-up, 2-down with a very nice modern refurb and extension. It is light and airy inside, well appointed, very clean and spacious. "Do NOT stay at this property - I would go as far to say that I would not stay at any property managed by Henry Adams. There was a large blob of blood, yes blood!, in the crockery drawer right by the plates. Crumbs in the fridge, black mould on the freezer door seal, cobwebs in every room, filthy dirty pole to open roof windows (covered in black dirt), upper floor toilet was leaking, the hairdryer was covered in dirt and the back of its filter was completely clogged and not safe to use, cracked...

"Outstanding property fully equipped and with lots of little goodies. It was our second stay at the property, and we’d come back any time. Just a hint: the chairs at the dining room need some review. This being said: Bosham is outstanding, and the Millstream Cottage is as well."

"The cottage is an outbuilding in the garden of a house near Liss. There is one large bedroom and bathroom upstairs, with a small kitchen and fair sized living room and loo downstairs, and a games room in an annex. The kitchen had a few basic items like fresh milk, tea and coffee, which saves you having to bring absoloutely everything. There is no view to admire from the rather small windows but if the weather allows, there is a small area for sitting outside. The weather was very wet and cold...

"Wow! what a fabulous modern and contemporary home overlooking Hamble Marina, with the village shops just a 5 minute walk away. We stayed here with friends celebrating my 60th birthday and it was such an easy and relaxed place to socialise with a fantastic kitchen, living room and large jacuzzi. All bedrooms are very comfortable, light and roomy, each with their own en suite which was great. Would definitely recommend getting a private chef in which we did one evening, that was a real treat....

"The house is clean and comfortable and reasonably well appointed. A problem with the boiler was attended to quickly. The damages deposit was repaid in full."

"This lovely cottage was just what the four of us needed. Located down a lovely country lane, the Stables is close to many attractions-and good pubs. The kitchen is well-appointed, with sn excellent coffee maker! This is perfect for those who love the English countryside. Our hosts, Nicky and Peter, were most welcoming and helpful."

"Overall the stay was very good but could not go out for dinner that evening as we didn't know how to get back into the property as the door was ajar when we got there and during trips back and forth for bags from the car it was locked. Tried the key for the apartment but it didn't work, it was then I realised I couldn't get in. Fortunately the Wife had stayed in the apartment and buzzed me in when I called on the buzzer. We also could not connect to the WiFi neither and after ringing cottages....

"Beautiful, cosy little place with absolutely everything you need for a relaxing couples break. Doreen was kind, friendly and an amazing host. The additional breakfast treats were perfect. Bosham is lovely, we ate in lovely pub/restaurants, walked around the harbour, had a fab little ferry trip across to Itchenor, and Bosham Walk has unique little craft shops. A perfect 4 nights and will definitely stay again."

"We had a fabulous week in this lovely cottage. Booking and check in went smoothly and queries answered quickly. Cottage location excellent (parking for 2 cars only on forecourt as narrow lane). Accommodation stylish and quirky. Some rooms a little on the small side but beautifully furnished and a lot of thought has gone into this home. We had 6 adults and 2 young children and everyone had a great stay."

"Really enjoyed this place, nice to have your own kitchenette, friendly staff and lovely spacious rooms ! Only downside, not much of a sound barrier, 6am baby crying and its parents talking extremely loudly to it, not an issue since already awake but something to keep in mind. "
