Staff helpful, parking good, if not at the hotel plenty nearby. Walk to coast, buses nearby, shops nearby. If you take a dog there is a small park just a few minutes away.

Very basic hotel but the room was clean and located in a good area within 10 minutes of Fratton station and close to fast food restaurants and supermarkets Tesco, Aldi and Lidl. The breakfast was a small selection, more fresh fruits would have been nice but what they did have was good. Check in and check out was quick and efficient.

Friendly and helpful staff. Decent enough room. Shower cubicle opens directly into the room, so not much privacy. Managed to park on site most days, only had to use the overspill once.

Plenty of parking and easily accessed. Lots of places to eat around the hotel. Very basic hotel but very clean and perfect for 1or 2 nights sleep. Basic means only the essentials in your room no tea/coffee, but great just to have a clean bed to sleep at a low cost. Loads of food for breakfast and endless drinks at £8.50 per head.
