"Just like its name, a very tranquil place. The room looks out to a large rice field. Hotel staffs are very pleasant, complementary breakfast is very nice, especially the fruits and juices. The pool is nice and long enough to put in laps."

"Loved this place. The staff go out of their way to be helpful. We had a top floor room with a view across the rooftops and down the river. There was a small balcony. It copped the morning sun but was great in the late afternoon when there’s a bit of a breeze. Breakfast is good too."

"We stayed in 2 pool view rooms side by side and it was a really unique experience to have the rooms opening into the pool. Our teenagers loved it. We were even served a floating afternoon tea. The downside of these rooms is less privacy as others are swimming right past your room! It wasn't an issue during our stay though. Kitchen facilities were useful. Room was modern and spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast options for Western guests were quite limited if you don't/...

"My husband and I stayed 5 nights at Hoi An Central Hotel. Our experience was fantastic! The hotel is a short walk from the ancient city, so very convenient to everything you want to visit. The hotel was super clean and the rooms all looked recently updated. I cannot say enough about the staff though. They were kind, helpful and went out of their way to ensure we were having a great time. When a tour cancelled without notice, they immediately came to the rescue and set us up with a new tour...

"We had the chance to meet Hien, who did everything she could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. This is not a big hotel with 200 rooms and you can clearly see the difference.
