Vivian at the front desk was always helpful and friendly, Son on the concierge desk is a wealth of knowledge for any recommendations you may need. This has been our favorite stay out of three weeks in Vietnam. Keep up the great work!"

"This is our 3rd stay at the property. Great location. Staff are amazing - My at guest relations is the best! Huynh, Phuong, Nhi and Tuyet are always friendly and helpful - even remember how I like my steaks and eggs for breakfast after first day! Chef Phuc and Huy are great - waking up at 6:30am for their breakfast buffet is truly a treat. And so many members of the team that I don’t have space to acknowledge. This is a special place where I want to keep coming back and stay longer each time."
