Great Hotel close to Old Town.

Mr. Trang and his family did a great job making our stay so comfortable, good breakfast available with the Windbell Villas only a 10 minute walk from Old Town. Very big rooms with everything you need, nice swimming pool and seating area.

Hotel très agréable, family-run, à 10 mn de marche de la vieille ville sur petite ile calme. Grand studio, très spacieux, propre (mais cuisine non équipé donc inutilisable). Grande baie vitrée avec balcon, lumineux. Super piscine. Resto chez May à côté. A part pt dej décevant et vélos payants, hotel chaudement recommandé.

I adored Windbell Villa, so much so that I am going back next year. The staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, they arranged trips and taxis for me. Really well located about 10 mins walk to the market. Wonderful to go back to after the slightly hectic life in Hoi an. Lovely pool area with papaya trees and other tropical trees. Amaaazing!! The rooms were beautiful with natural wood floors and furniture, can’t wait to go back. Thankyou for everything

Freundliche Familie, man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Aussenanlage wird sehr gepflegt. Es liegt kein Müll herum, wie im Gegensatz zu ganz Vietnam. Die Zimmer sind riesig, jedoch auch schon bisschen in due Jahre gekommen.

部屋は広くてキレイですがティッシュが一切置いてないです。電気ケトルがあったのでお湯を沸かしてコーヒーを飲もうとしましたが、開けたらケトルの中がサビだらけで洗っても落ちなかったのでやめました。朝食はサービスでついていて沢山のメニューから選べます、美味しかったです。ホテルのすぐ隣に小さなコンビニがあったので便利です。プールは寒くて入りませんでしたがキレイでした。ホテルの人にタクシーの手配などお願いすれば呼んでくれますが、英語が伝わりにくいです。スタッフにより英語で会話できる人とそうでない人がいます。ホイアンの旧市街地まで10分は歩きます、ナイトマーケットまでは徒歩15分とありましたがもっとかかりました。周辺の飲食店はだいたい22時には閉店し、ホテルまでの道も真っ暗になります。のんびり過ごしたい人にはいいと思いますがナイトマーケットなどで遅くまで遊びたい人にはやや遠いと感じました。

Cocktails by the pool.

A nice family run villa. Beautiful pool area and wonderful service. It was a little walk to get into town which wasn't great on the hot days but the cheap cocktails at the villa helped. Also there was a little bit of noise durning the day with construction next door and a neighbour who liked to play music but it was always quiet in the evenings.

Wonderful place to stay in Hoi An.

We stayed here for 5 days recently. We loved the location. The rooms were spacious clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple and good quality. The hotel is itself is well laid out with fruit trees dotted around the grounds. The pool is well maintained and a welcome respite from the summer heat. Very obviously run by one family with up to 4 generations involved now, according to their website. The family is the heart of this wonderful little hotel. They are so friendly and helpful. Would be happy to stay again when we return to Hoi An.

Lovely little Villa, walkable to the Old Town. Staff were amazing and food cooked here was among the best we had in Vietnam. Feels like a second home staying here and we would definitely recommend a stay here. A few small things. The aircon kept cutting out and shower drain needs a bit of attention, small things in the scheme of things.

Luxuriöses Homestay

Das günstigste Zimmer Mango ist riesig, hell & hat einen schönen Holzfußboden. Balkon mit bequemen Stühlen & Kleiderbügel sind vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist wunderbar, man konnte zw. Ca. 8 Gerichten 2 auswählen, die Pancakes waren köstlich. Die Musikbeschallung von einem Nachbarhaus hat manchmal die Ruhe gestört, da sie Discolautstärke erreichte. Komischerweise aber nur tagsüber, abends War es immer leise.

Kände oss som hemma

När vi bokat en vecka via Hotels.com tog det 10 minuter innan ägaren till stället mailade och tackade för bokningen och föreslog att vi kunde ha kontakt tex via WhatsApp. Detta är väldigt skönt när man inte vet vart stället ligger , behöver transfer mm mm . Supergullig familj ägde stället och de gjorde allt för att man skulle trivas . Städning varje dag, cyklar och moppe att hyra , VÄLDIGT bra frukost och gångavstånd till stan. liten nackdel var att det va 5 km till stranden , men bor man en längre tid spelar detta ingen roll då det villigt kör dig dit för en billig peng. Ok pool utanför dörren. Skall du till Hoi An välj detta stället!

Big and spacious room with a small balcony. Always friendly and we rented bikes two days. The breakfast very simple but sort of the same we have had all over Vietnam. Please have breakfast next to windbell, turn right when you exit and then just a few meters past NGOMART. Her food was soooooo lovely. Very friendly couple even if little or no English was spoken. Somehow they managed to show us how to eat Banh Xao anyway. So lovely! The booked us a car for airport for 300 00 song. Driver sweet and drove us safely to airport.

Felt right at home here!

I really like the friendly, helpful staff. This seems to be a family operation and they work well together and keep their guests happy; for example I wanted a cup of tea in the late afternoon when the kitchen was closed but that did not stop them from making one for me. I liked they had motos for hire because the property is a bit of a walk to the ancient city and the neighborhood is dead here at night.

Vänligt boende på homestay

Rymligt familjerum och vänlig service. Personalen hjälpte till med bokningar av utflykter, taxi, transfer. Wi-fi fungerade ofta dåligt och poolvattnet kändes grumligt. Promenad in till Hoi An för att besöka restauranger.

Quiet location, lovely grounds

Nice, quiet location just outside the ancient quarter. Feels more like a hotel than a homestay, since there are so many rooms. But the family does live there, and work at running the place. Every evening the kids come out and swim in the pool. Great fun. Thanks for a nice stay.

A real holiday highlight

We were travelling with a 5 month old baby, so being in a clean, safe, friendly environment was of paramount important. And Windbell Villas exceeded all expectations. Ni and her team and so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They also serve brilliant food (the papaya salad and spring rolls are a must) and we had a lovely big, clean spacious room. It’s also a really easy, safe walk into the old town (or very short/ cheap taxi ride), so very convenient for exploring the delights of Hoi An.
