I was able to use their bike for free to roam their area on my own, but they also offer free shuttle buses to nearby areas, such as the market and beach. The food offered at the hotel was incredible and enjoyed every meal I ate. The complimentary breakfast and massage was icing on a cake! We stayed in the cabin on the boat which was really fun and cool - great for couples. The location of the hotel is perfect, far enough from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An for some relaxing and quiet time but still close enough to easily go and enjoy the sites of Hoi An. All the staff really took care of us, helping us with our tours, plans and transportation. We checked out at 6am for our early morning flight and the staff had prepared a breakfast bag for us and helped us with our luggage even though it was raining really heavily.
