I can't say enough wonderful things about this guesthouse. From the moment we arrived we were treated so kindly. The staff is absolutely wonderful and helped us with all of our requests. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the pool was a wonderful getaway after a walking around town. The hotel is in a great location, the staff are really friendly and helpful. The hotel however needs a really good clean. Rooms aren’t cleaned well and neither are the public areas. Our room overlooking the pool was large and pleasant with an attractive tile floor and a comfortable bed. It was a quick walk into the heart of Hoi An with its many restaurants and shops. Breakfast was adequate. The staff were professional and very friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was superb and caterer for asian and westerners with the dining area spotless. I loved the swimming pool which was very refreshing after Hoi An temperatures of up to 37c. To be honest this hotel is closer to a 4 star and out of the 15 hotels i have stayed at on my long holiday one of my favorites. Location is good with the river and many restaurants a short walk away.
