We were treated like royalty! It all started with the greeting once we arrived and did not stop. The morning buffet breakfast was fantastic along with the other food we ordered from the restaurant while poolside. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the local area and attractions. We had an awesome stay : a big bright room on the last floor, with a huge bed, very comfortable mattress and great pillows. The bathroom was also big with everything needed. The staff was very caring with us : they helped us with a laundry while we were away on a tour and had the nicest attention for my girlfriends birthday. As in pretty much all hotels in SEA, the soundproofing could be better, so just bring earplugs. The location is also good, a few minutes away from the city center of hoian, in a quiet alley.
