"Great bed with quality bedding, great location with a beautiful view of the dragon bridge. The room design was modern and aesthetically pleasing. The staff were all friendly and helpful The only weird thing was they had to charge for a laundry bag that I took by mistake. I have never had to pay for a laundry bag in any other hotels before. But will stay here again if I ever visit Danang again. "

"This hotel was a lovely haven in our stay at Da Nang. The rooms are large and comfortable with great bathrooms. Breakfast was an experience with such a wide range of international and Vietnamese food to select. Staff were exceptional throughout.
We would like to especially thank - Mia at breakfast for knowing what we wanted. In reception - Nora, Nancy and Ruby for making us feel so welcome. Ken for making sure we were Ok. Finally Tracy in helping us with our bags and leaving the hotel. Other staff were amazing too. Thanks everyone! "
"All staffs are excellent guest services. The restaurants are very good foods. The only thing that I don’t like is the customers front desk are not friendly and when I asked for 1 hour late check out she said no. Most hotel they will help 1 or 3 hours late check out because of the emergency meeting or event of the guests "
