Restaurant staff Nhi, Nhuy, Hue, My, Thuy were so so accommodating and patient. Reception staff were also very attentive. Spa staff wonderful and very relaxing massages. Food is excellent with a variety of choices from Asian to western. Drinks and choice of drinks were great too. A very very calm and relaxing stay. Rooms are big and comfortable. The views are nice with the Han river in the backyard. My Amex didn’t work oversea but Sales rep was nice to hold my room at the reserved rate upon checking in. Cons: Breakfast was cold and not a lot of options, especially if you’re vegetarian/vegan. There were some ants and flies in the room. Reception didn’t seem that enthusiastic. They were professional but hardly smile, just didn’t feel like a welcoming atmosphere upon checking in. They rented a moped for me for $200k/day which was on the high end side; but the bike was old, the lights didn’t work.
