I think they are very lax in their management. The room was very spacious and clean. All staff were very friendly! The property is sprawling; be prepared to walk (I like walking). If you do not want to walk you can call a shuttle to take you anywhere on the resort. Only regret is that we did not realize the beach is not swimmable.
