The room was basic but all we needed. Hotel was very clean and room too. Three single beds in one room was exactly what we needed. The water was hot which was great! The doors, decor and carpet were dated but a very clean and tidy hotel. Shop in the hotel ridiculously expensive!! Only let down was the sink in...

"Excellent hotel, we were a bit dissapointed that there was no A/C, but I called about it and a fan was sent to the room and the young man who brought it was very kind and helped us opening the window because we couldnt figure out how to open it. Overall, very good experience."

"Hotel in a convenient location 2 blocks froim a major metro station with a direct line to Heathrow Airport and connections to major rail stations. It was a LKITTLE noisy at times--but you're in the middle of a major metropolitan city, so I think it is reasonable. I lost NO sleep but there's horn honking in the daytime sometimes. Lots of food options, minutes away from major tourist spots."

"The room was even smaller than we had expected but nevertheless contained all of the advertised features. Although our room had a double bed, it was, necessarily, pushed against a wall so that one could only get in or out on one side. We deliberately selected a room without a window to try and reduce external noise: this seemed to work. "

"I had an incredible sleep, a really comfy bed, and so dark and peaceful. The staff are great and the rooms are really cool. The one lift is an issue as you can wait to get into a very crowded lift, and every thing costs more money ( leaving bags etc) also the rooms don’t have wardrobes so not ideal for a long stay, but well worth a night or two "

"We booked this hotel because it was easily acessible from inner London as my family from France was coming for our wedding. They had enough rooms for all 17 of us and three of these were next to each other. The double rooms were not very spacious, but comfortable and very clean. The support from the hotel staff was amazing helping us book cabs to get to our venue and recommending places to eat nearby. "

"Well located to our London plans. Downstairs nice and well kept. Staff very friendly and helpful. We extended our ck out to 1pm as we had theatre tix at 2:30-and they were accommodating us! Room not vacuumed well as I stepped on some other people’s crap on the floor. Only 1 hand towel for 2 people (we specifically requested twin beds as we are 2 friends). "The hotel room was fully renovated, very spacious and clean. Bathroom was big enough and had a good and relaxing shower. Hotel was under renovations and only negative point was that they did not let us know about the temporary entrance. The surrounding area was well served by restaurants and coffee shops, and very near from the next subway station. Hotel had a bar with pool table and thought that was cool they were transmitting Premier League and Formula 1 on a big screen."

Bring ear plugs because the windows are thin and it is noisy. They had some thick curtains and a shade but they don't help with the noise. "The hotel was very good actually in the airport terminal. Pleasant room , good big teeny. We chose to eat in the hotel restaurant, the food was appalling, we had fish and chips, £16.00 plus 12.5% service. The fish was unidentifiable, but certainly not cod or haddock, however there was only a sliver of it around 4oz would think, there was loads of uncooked batter, the peas were cold, and the chips skin on.
