"The toilet in my room 311 kept running. The pillows were uncomfortable and there was mold on the wall the butts up to the shower. The elevators were both dirty. Breakfast was good, the staff were all accommodating and professional, and the hotel shuttle driver was great! All in all a nice place to stay close to the airport. "

"Check in staff were super friendly. The whole stay was nice, the other down side is that there a very little food options and they close early. We never saw the gift shop open our whole stay. If you want food that isnt bar food or a buffet you have to walk across a bridge to get to their sister property who has a coffee shop but aince its the only restaurant, the wait time is insane. Fremont street is a really close walk, so that was nice. Also, there arent any black-out curtains just wooden...

"I discovered this used to be a Super Eight. Thought it was a regular resort, but far from it. Here is the good: 2 bottles of free water Coffee maker Refrigerator Complimentary coffee and pastry Good pizza in casino and reasonably-priced. Also friendly Security- manned and cameras Clean room Comfortable bed Great towels and toiletries An actual desk clock Safe The Bad TV reception poor. Had to wait till exactly 3pm to check in. Made you feel unimportant and hard being elderly...

"The staff was wonderful. Our room was great. The juice machine in the breakfast room wasn't working, nor was the ice machine on our floor. Overall, I would go back again. Location was in a safe neighborhood and close to the freeway."
