Great location and upgraded room had a wonderful view. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Considering the upgraded room no coffee pods were provided and the number of towels was limited. No complimentary robes which had been previously provided. A good experience overall. Kelly Clarkson at the Colesium knocked it out of the park.

This is by far my favorite hotel on the strip. It is very well kept “and clean”. The convenience of the Shops at the Forum and the tops stores that are there is fantastic. This hotel makes you feel like you are actually a Queen returning home for great relaxation and comfort. I absolutely love it. I had a great view of the strip from my room #4080 - Augustus Tower.

Very awesome place to stay! The pools were great! It was everything you needed in that palace. I did not have to walk out on the strip since Cesars Palace has everything. Even the shopping stores! The casino was great and the food was great! So many options and all are catered for room service as well! However, the only downside I had was the charges. Be aware, it has a price upfront but there are so many additional required charges when you check out. It is insane! So that is why I was furious with this place.

Upon checkin, they did not get my email correctly (twice) which made a delay in me getting notification that my room was actually ready. Otherwise the room was nice and clean! Pools were Crowded, but it was really hot outside, so we never ventured to swim in the pools.
