"Too much construction around "

"Very close to Kings Cross/St Pancras train and underground stations, easy to just cross Euston Rd and walk up Argyle St. Clean room, plenty of hot water, bed only a double but comfortable. Given key for room 30, extremely small room below street level which smelled strongly of mould. Asked for another room, given key for room 33, also below street level, slightly bigger size, only slight smell of mould. Very narrow stairs to access rooms. Disturbed throughout night by sounds of people somewhere...

"I'd like stay again, very good value, only thing I have to say that shower water always jump between cold and warm."

"The neighborhood is perfect for where we want to be as well as its proximity to the overground. My only issue is the bottom sheet kept coming off and really needs to be fits. I don’t want to sleep on a mattress at a hotel. Ugh. "

"Good location, not super busy area. There are shared bathrooms, no in-unit bathroom, which I didn't realize when we booked. Also, the windows and walls are easy to hear through, so you hear the neighbors and goings on in the street. But the staff is nice and helpful. "

"Great location just a few minutes walk from Paddington Station. Restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Furniture in room was falling apart, and washroom was very small but clean, had everything we needed to collapse after long days in London. Staff was friendly."

"It was okay. In terms of the area, it's amazing. Very central. The British Museum is 10 min walk from it. We got to do a lot without using the tube much, which is always nice. In terms of the facilities and personnel, the mattress was uncomfortable & the guy in the breakfast room a bit rude. I guess for the price it's okay, but not brilliant."

"It was a smaller room, but for the price in London it was a great deal! It was very clean, they came in everyday while we were gone and cleaned the room and changed the sheets every 4 days. Private bathroom which was nice, around a few restaurants/bars. Not too bad. But it sits right next to a bar which gets a little loud on the weekend. That is my only complaint. "
