"Amazing service from the staff, very clean rooms and the facilities were also great with multiple jacuzzis, a nice main pool with a bar. The Lava restaurant was also a great dining spot. "
"Wonderful spot to explore the cloud forest around Arenal volcano. Great trails for nature lovers with lots of birds and monkeys.
Great breakfast buffet. However, the dinner options were a little disappointing and pricey."

"The grounds and hotel were stunningly beautiful with direct view of Arenal! Very relaxing environment. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were delicious with local fruits and juices as well as many both sweet and savory options. Room was deluxe and bed super comfortable."

"Amazing views of Arenal volcano!! Staff provided excellent hospitality and went above and beyond for anything that was requested. Stayed 5 nights as we toured the area. Hot springs are nice and the food was top notch. Check in and out was a breeze. Even gave us a complimentary lunch one day. The flora and fauna kept us engaged and the pool are is cool. Great trip to Costa Rica and Arenal Manoa made it happen."

The staff were professional and very friendly, the food was delicious and reasonably priced, the pools and the grounds were beautiful and well kept, the room was spotless and the beds were super comfortable. We had a very relaxing and romantic evening, we would go back in a heartbeat!"
"A magical hotel at the foot of the Arenal volcano, nestled within the rainforest. The hotel is well-kept, with beautiful wooden cabins, a hot pool and a stunning regular pool. Breakfast is dreamy, with a breathtaking view of the volcano. All the attractions are just a short drive away, and the service is excellent. It is highly recommended to book a massage at the spa, as it was one of the best we have ever experienced"
"Conveniently located within the town but secluded enough that it was always peaceful like a good hideaway.
The breakfast was great and the all day tea and afternoon popcorn was a delight. I appreciated that guests were able to use the kitchen and designated fridge.
The deck area where you could lounge while you read, ate, or just enjoy company with a great view was an added bonus.
A big thank you to the two guys at front desk. They both were very warm and welcoming, knowledgeable about anything we asked and spot on with their recommendations.
I highly recommend this property and will be back again kn my next trip to Monteverde "
