Excellent stay. Food is ok…breakfast and dinner are not that great but breakfast is free. Dinner is not. Other than that, once you hike the volcano and check out the waterfall, there isn’t much else to do in the town so the resort is the most exciting thing to do and will be a highlight of your trip. Let them take you on a sightseeing tour and they’ll spot animals for you that you wouldn’t otherwise see. Horseback riding, coffee tours, etc. truly impeccable place. if they improved the food quality, this place would be a 100/100

Unbelievably amazing stay! The 2 bedroom villa exceeded expectations. It was luxury mixed with lush tropical plants everywhere. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The drivers and tour guides added to our great experience. We will definitely go back!!

Frendly staff, great hot springs, fun water slide. Nature wack was fun and very informative as well. Super tasty food, we try hamburger, skirt stake and ragu pasta. Room was clean and the property is well maintained.

I loved the peacefullness of the rainforest. The staff was amazing. The only thing that was not great was the food. They should specials on everyday of the week. I asked for eggs over medium and I got hard eggs. The steak tacos had no flavor and the steak was hard. The only good thing that we ate was the skirt steak with mash and they can put more mash on the plate.

Highly recommended! Very clean and quiet place. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly and welcoming. The hike on the property was a nice activity and the sunset view was beautiful.

The hotel is so pretty with beautiful rainforest surrounding it. Even with rain all the time during our stay we found it quite comfortable. My kids loved the hot springs and cold plunge pool. It was quite inside the main road compared to other places but we found the drive quite interesting. We did chocolate tour, hikes and yoga at the hotel. Our only request is wish the hotel changed their breakfast menu everyday. With 5 days of stay we were tired of the same food even though they were very good.

Fantastic property and in a beautiful location in the middle of the rainforest. Lots of activity to do in and around the property in the middle of the rainforest - wildlife watching, ziplining, horseback riding, hiking and much more to do. The rooms are also so set in beautiful surroundings right in the middle of nature. Worth the extra expense and highly recommend for couples and families with kids !

This property is amazing!!!!!!! From the time we arrived to the time we left, we had a great time!!! They were very accommodating for us - let us check in early, let us join a last minute tour, and made our anniversary very special. We enjoyed the night hike, day hike, and coffee/chocolate tour. The hot springs were amazing and an added bonus with 2 slides!!!

Property and staff were absolutely amazing during our entire 5 day stay! The resort blends perfectly with the natural environment and the hot springs heal the body and soul. We felt instantly relaxed the moment we arrived. The food is exceptional and the staff made us feel like royalty. The place radiates positivity and peacefulness. We were sad to go and would gladly return for an extended period of time. Recommend this resort 100%

One of the most spectacular places authentic to the rainforest. Customer service was 5 star from the staff to the activities. It was even better than I thought it would be. Food delicious. Pricey but worth it. I will definitely be back.

This was one of the top three places I have stayed around the world. I rarely return back to the same place, but I will most definitely be back here. Such a wonderful place to enjoy nature and unwind. Close to many points of interest for tours. Excellent restaurants and amenities. The hot springs were amazing. Many thanks to the amazing staff for making us feel special. This was a wonderful experience!

This lodge is absolutely stunning! It’s the perfect place to see tons of animals, eat amazing food, and really feel like you are deep in the rainforest. They organized our tours—even have some right on the property—which made the whole trip so seamless and effortless. Plus, relaxing in the hot springs after a busy day of adventures was just the best. We will be returning !

One of the most beautiful places I've ever visited, truly magical. The room was modern, spotless, and incredibly well thought out. Most rooms have their own private patio, which was perfect for unwinding after a long day and just taking in the surroundings. One thing that really stood out was all the complimentary activities the hotel offers. You have the daily wildlife tour and the night animal tour, both of which were fantastic. There are plenty of other great activities as well. The hot springs are something else entirely — beautifully designed and unlike anything I've experienced before. I also loved that there was a cooler pool right next to them, complete with a slide for the kids. I had an amazing time here and genuinely hope to come back someday. Don't miss this one out!
