"If i could give confort Arenal 1000 out of ten i would. Staff was the friendliest and their treatment of guests is very personal. The breakfast was delicious. There were so many plants and facilities are well kept. You felt in an nature oasis. Already planning our next visit with the whole family. The rooms are so spacious, clean and comfortable. "The Springs Resort and Spa far exceeded our expectations. The resort was beautiful, well maintained and guest friendly. The three staff members we had the most contact with were exceptional, Esteban and Carlos, our golf cart drivers and Saul, our guide at the wildlife sanctuary. Every single staff member we came in contact was friendly and helpful, many going out of their way to assist us. Our arrival was especially great. When the reception staff saw my wife had mobility issues, they immediately offered us a complementary upgrade to a first floor room, which made everything so much nicer for us. We will definitely be returning, and we highly recommend the Springs Resort to anyone seeking a fabulous vacation. "

"This is officially my go-to location when i visit La Fortuna. As a first timer to Costa Rica, I had high hopes but wasnt quite sure what to expect. Arenal Kioro managed to exceed my expectations tenfold in every way possible. From the moment we arrived we were greeted and offered a beverage of our choice and thoroughly explained the facilities and amenities the resort had to offer. We were taken to our suite and the experience only got better. The view of the Arenal volcano was breathtaking and is something that amazed us every time we saw it. Everything was perfect from check in to check out - the room service, housekeeping, food and hospitality were all 10 stars. The staff made us feel like family and will forever have a place in our hearts. My only issue is I didn't plan a longer vacation. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend."
