Arenal Paraiso does not disappoint. The location is great. The cabins fit what we needed. The thermal springs were so relaxing. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. Thank you to the awesome staff who made us have an awesome stay! Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff. There is always someone to help you. Breakfast was great and they switched it up every day. Spa massages are a little pricey and they are not deep tissue unless you specifically ask. Highly recommend staying here.

Property reflects its age. But it is still beautiful and friendly staff. They have an amazing staff serving breakfast. Their thermal pools are beautiful and I would go back to this hotel just for that one reason.

The rocking chairs on the porch are a nice touch. The view of the Arenal Volcano is tremendous. The gardens are well maintained. The hot springs are enjoyable. There is a hot pool next to the pool bar is fun. There was an exciting dance show. Ext to the oool on Saturday night. The excursion cans picked us up at the hotel lobby.
