The location is the best , you can see the volcano. Menu hot pools, wonderful staff and the food is amazing. We love the spa treatments, very professional. They also offer all kind of excursions, which is very convenient.

The maid service was top notch my wife and I diid not have to ask for clean towels the room was very clean and spacious. The gardens were outstanding and the thermal pools were excellent. I would stay there again. Greater views overlooking Arenal mountain.

This hotel was great! The hot springs were wonderful and the staff were so friendly and helpful! Our room was very nice and clean- no problem with any bugs at all. The shower was wonderful- very hot and great water pressure. The free breakfast buffet was good, nothing special- the usual eggs, fruit, pastries and made to order omelets and waffles. We did order from the swim up bar once or twice and the food there was excellent- burgers, fries, chicken sandwiches, etc. I would highly recommend Paradise Hot Springs to people who want to stay close to the town of LaFortuna! Sad to leave and we will miss the hot springs.

Paradise was a totally unique resort and experience. We loved the hot springs with varying temperatures. Amenities at the resort were great including the coffee bar swim up bar and breakfast buffet. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

The pools were fantastic, especially the pool side seats. The hot and cool pools were great as well as the walk up bar. Breakfast was great, fresh and tasty! The staff were so friendly and helpful. One young lady who was cleaning rooms stopped to help me with my bags. All was great and I will definitely return to enjoy Paradise Hot Springs!

The pools were nice. The breakfast was good. The room was fine other than there are no windows outside so it makes you feel like you're in a cave which is a little bit of a downer given the beauty of the area

Jungle vibes, sweet staff and very clean rooms. But the poolsides were messy and dirty in the mornings. For whatever reason emergency lights went on at 3am one night & would not turn off, disturbed our sleep. Entrance presentation needs a facelift. I’d rate the resort a 3.5-4stars.
