"This "hotel" is more like a building full of studio apartments. Having an actual closet and kitchen area was amazing in London, especially at this price. However, as I learned the hard way, reception isn't staffed after 6 at night. DO NOT lose your key. I had to book another hotel for the night because of not being able to get through to their emergency number (that may have been connectivity issues). "Nice and clean hotel. Welcoming and helpful reception staff. Rooms small but clean and functional. Quiet. Easy walking access to restaurants. Only lowlight not fault of hotel is I took the hotelhoppa to get there. They don’t stick to a schedule, took forever. Take London bus instead U3 or A4. "
