In regards to the house itself, I think it should be cleaned more before guest come in and there should defenetly be air conditioning as the fans do not ventilate what so ever. Sped round the villa whilst smoking a cigarette and told us all the things we could not do. Told if we broke the patio door it would cost 500 euros to repair. Shared toilet in main villa did not flush Numerous plug sockets did not work. a/c controller for one bedroom not working. Both rooms had to share. 1 electronic fob for main gates did...

"This villa is fantastic! Great layout, loads of space! Everything worked great for us as a family of 10! Plenty of space so we weren't all on top of each other. The pool was fab! Spent a lot of time in there! Javea is a fantastic place to visit! Host was great! Regular communication, quick to respond and very friendly/helpful! Definitely recommend this villa! "Stayed here 9th till 16th September. Great communication from owner from the start. A very impressive villa in an elevated position. Driveway very steep. Quiet area 10 minute drive to a choice of supermarket's. Villa immaculately clean, everything you could possibly need. Bedrooms all comfortable master bedroom oversized bed/room/ensuite 5 star. Outside area great for sunbathing, pool deep so fine for our needs but for young children shallow end shelves away quickly. Bar area with fridge ideal...

"We really enjoyed our stay at this Villa. The host was extremely helpful and allowed us to check in earlier than planned. When we reported a fault with the shower it was fixed very quickly. The outdoor space is lovely and suited our party perfectly. It is quite close to the town and within walking distance of the beach. A lovely stay."
