In addition to the rental price shown, the following fees apply: \- Booking fee €51 \- Registration fee €5/person \- Bed linen/towels 18 €/person/set (obligatory) \- Deposit €200 (refunded within 1 week of departure) The rental price includes 50 kwh/week for electricity and 10 cubic meters/week for water (extra consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure). Between November and March the costs for electricity, water and gas must be paid in full according to consumption. Beautiful holiday home in a quiet location (dead end) with breathtaking sea views and private pool. There is a living room (with air conditioning, open fireplace) and exit to a large balcony with a fantastic view of the sea and the Penon de Ifach, 1 kitchen (with a small dishwasher), 2 bedrooms (with fans), 1 bathroom. The house is on a hillside - you go up a few steps to the barbecue area and the pool terrace. Internet is available for tenants. The house can be heated in winter using air conditioning, an open fireplace and mobile gas stoves. Pool heating by heat pump and solar.
