"Great villa had everything we needed, amazing views, we loved Moraira, 30 min walk away, would recommend a car though as walk back up the hill to villa is quite tough, nice beach at El Portet, but very busy all the time, excellent communication with owner Chris and her daughter Fleur, all in all my family and I had a fabulous holiday at Villa Fleur."

"You really can't go wrong renting this property. It is immaculately clean and well equippped and in a brilliant location. You have great views down the valley to the sea. The villa is very spacious and there are lots of carefully thought out little areas to relax and enjoy the sunshine or shade. You are also just a short drive to the beaches near Denia or Oliva. Communication during booking is great and the check-in and out process is really smooth. Thanks Ismael."

"This villa is fantastic! Great layout, loads of space! Everything worked great for us as a family of 10! Plenty of space so we weren't all on top of each other. The pool was fab! Spent a lot of time in there! Javea is a fantastic place to visit! Host was great! Regular communication, quick to respond and very friendly/helpful! Definitely recommend this villa! "We loved the pictures and location of this home. We were traveling with our family to celebrate milestone birthdays, anniversaries and events. We chose Javea because my Scottish grandparents had retired here in the 1960' until late 70's. We kept this property a secret until we arrived. We wanted the family to be surprised and they certainly were!! From the drive to the address, catching glimpses of the sea, to the entry from the road....they were all excited and in awe of the beautiful...

"The villa was great. Quirky layout and lots of steps, so maybe not suitable for older people. Pool was fantastic, lots of outdoor places to sit, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen. The area is very quiet and the views from the upstairs covered terrace were amazing. We all had a fabulous time here."

"Exactly as described! We had a lovely week in the villa with our teenage girls. They enjoyed being on one side of the house sharing a bathroom; whilst we had the whole other side. The master suite was huge and we enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony every morning. Beds are super comfy (a problem we have encountered in past villas) We made use of the Sonos which was a great bonus to the house. "The villa was spacious and spotless, with ample room to relax and enjoy the warm sun all day. Lovely neighborhood to walk along roads for exercise or down to the small cove of Advocate. You will need a car (or bike) to get around to restaurants/shopping. The villa had a lovely pool (too cold for January) and sheltered areas to sit outside. The sitting area was comfortable and cozy (gas fire not for use but warm air heats up space plus heated floors!)."

"We enjoyed staying at Casa Rosa a lot. It was great to have coffee and some food for breakfast already available in the house when we arrived. The location is super, enabling to enjoy the sun going down in the West until rather long in the evening. There are several very good restaurants nearby. A quiet neighbourhood, the Casa Rosa villa is highly recommended!"

"The pictures perhaps don’t capture just how beautiful this villa is, it really was a lovely and luxurious place to spend two weeks. The pool area and gardens capture the sun most of the day but there’s plenty of shady areas to escape to as well as the large pool of course. "This is a lovely place. Very clean. Great views of the sea from the pool and patios. Comfortable lounge with big TV. There is even a piano. 3 comfortable rooms - 1 queen size double, 1 double and 1 twin room. 3 Bathrooms (1 with huge jacuzzi bath). Airconditioning throughout. Lots of space to sit outside - 1 dining area upstairs off the lounge, 1 by the pool under shade. Beautiful pool that was a nice temperature in June. Amazing extra kitchen by the pool with BBQ, fridge, hob and even a pizza...
