Hotel and staff were really lovely and friendly , restaurants and food was top class, except for breakfast which I thought was a bit pricey £ 22 for two people as it was only £9 for a three course evening meal , otherwise everything else was exceptional .
Arrived early before the 15.00 check in time but a room was available so able to check in straight away.
As always a spotless room
The only problem was being woken at 2.40 am by inconsiderate guests playing loud music in the next room

We mistakenly rented a two-bedroom apartment for our 3-day stay in Manchester. That was probably just as well as the toilet in the en-suite bathroom gurgled for a long time after flushing. The flat was a good size and well appointed, ideal for families or two couples travelling together, which would have made it very good value. The location is quiet but close to the city centre. If travelling, there is an open-air car park just opposite, where you can leave your car throughout. Unfortunately if you are used to a king size bed you may find the beds a bit on the small size.
