"We had a great stay at this cabin! My husband and I traveled with our 6 month old baby and our friends who have an 18 month old to New York for the total eclipse, and this rental was a great home base for us during the trip. It had a great location and was only a short drive from Old Forge. The wood stove kept the cabin cozy at night and our hosts were so communicative and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place to other travelers looking for a rustic but cozy cabin experience."

"Cute little place. Easy check-in and good communication with the host. We were not aware that there would be no towels, so bring your own if you stay here. The front door is weird and three of us pinched our fingers in the door. Also, the water smells a little funny. We had no cell phone service here, but the WiFi worked great."

"I needed a space to write my dissertation This was a a great place for me to focus. It's truly a cabin in the woods tucked away, but close to the fire department and a gas station. I was a little surprised to see 2 other cabins close by, but no one was there while I stayed. Cabin is equipped with all the things you need to function. "First, we visited the cabin in February when there was a bunch of snow on ground with more falling. This was a trip with our puppy (his first trip). He loved playing in the snow and the property had a nice loop around the back that was easy to take him for a walk without having to go somewhere.
