"The hotel was very nice I had a nice day. The staff was very helpful very friendly. If I ever come to Colorado springs again for the Manitou incline I definitely will be staying. Thank you very much I had a very nice trip."

The room was not very clean in today’s standards. Lots of dust around the room and not what I typically get at 3 star hotels. Our sink would take 30 min or so to drain. Just stayed one night after our flight."

"The staffs and management was not helpful. I booked my trip through Expedia, and my reservation was canceled. I was then told to make a new reservation directly, but my original Expedia booking was never refunded. I wasn’t expecting a full refund, but I believe I should at least receive a refund for the unused/remaining days."
