"One elevator was broke. There were no water bottles for sale and we arrived late. The front desk associate was very accommodating and friendly. My 90 year old mother in law was assigned a room clear on the opposite end of the floor and we had specifically requested her to be across the all or as close to our room as possible when we made the reservation and had to get a new room. It turned out well. Thank you"
