    "Family trip"
We arrived for our 6 night trip excited to spend time together as a family of 6 to our 2 bedroom unit. On arrival we felt the unit was a little small and felt dirty. The kitchen however was beautiful for a small unit and meet all our needs. Inside our unit we came across a few housekeeping and maintenace issues that the hotel resolved for us in a professional and timely manner. The hotel management took our comments seriously and took care of our needs. Things they could not fix but should be addressed is the furniture in the unit was very beat up. The dresser drawers in the queen room were broken and would not close smoothly. The coffee table had nicks and scuff marks all on it and looked like something from a thrift store. The view from the unit was beautiful and entertaining as we could see the lifts operate and skiers coming down from the mountain. The property shares amenities with one ski hill which is a short gondola ride away which meet our needs and expectations better then crystal peak's amenities did. We didn't mind saving money and staying at crystal peak and being able to use those amenities still. Overall crystal peak is a great property and a better location on peak 7 for for experienced skiers. I prefer peak 7 for the smaller base crowds, more advanced skiing (blue runs only) over any other peak in breckenridge. I do believe the hotel needs to step up their housekeeping and maintenance and the property will be more pleasing to "picky" people like me.

    "True ski in/ski out."
The reason to stay here is one word...convenience. This is a true ski in/ski out with on site ski rental, lift right out the door, and kids ski school located on site. Also, reasonable dining options for those nights when you are too tired to make the trek into town(which is close). The hotel is a bit dated but comfortable. Nice indoor/outdoor pool facility for the kids.

Great location to walk to shops and restaurants, and close to I-70. Shower flooded the bathroom, but engineering quickly came up and fixed the problem. Miss the cookies and milk. Either I missed the breakfast or they don't have it anymore- not really sure. Front desk and valet staff super friendly and helpful.

"Nice Hotel In a Great Location"
From check-in to check-out, the staff was very kind and attentive to us. After the first night, I got a text message from an employee asking if I needed anything and if I was satisfied. I ended up getting a room upgrade with an amazing city view. The rooms were nice but were slightly outdated. The doorways were pretty narrow, but my biggest concern was parking. Self-parking was $37/night and valet was $45/night. This extra cost adds up and were not expected at all. After a day and a half of valet, I decided to self-park. Self-parking can be difficult to maneuver since the garage in VERY narrow, but it's a lot faster than valet. The valet workers were kind but extremely disorganized. They managed to lose my car more than once. Also, the pool and "game-room" were painfully outdated and seemed to be utilized by no one.

    "Beautiful eclectic hotel "
Upon arrival staff were friendly, ambiance in the lobby was appealing. The only issue we had was related to the drinks we received from the bar. Myself and my guest had one lemon drop martini and one dirty martini both were below our expectations especially the lemon drop which was not appealing to either pallet. I still highly recommend the hotel but next time will have a beer.
